Converting a Photo or Image to a Painting
Step 1. Find an image you like. I'll be using this one:
Step 2. Open it in Photoshop.. Go to filter >
Blur > Gaussian blur and set the Radius to 3.
Step 3. Go to Filter > Fade (top) and set it to 100% and
darken.
Step 4. And now you're done! Here's what I came up with:
