Aqua Dream Water Effect
1. Start a new document, I chose 426x125 for the size of mine.
2. Filter-Render-Clouds.
3. Filter-Render-Difference Clouds.
4. Filter-Distort-Twirl at 999 and 100%.Now, you should have
something like this:
5. Hit Ctrl F three times.
6. Filter-Distort-Wave with the settings of:
7. Right click on the layer and click on "Duplicate". Select the new
layer and go to Filter-Distort-Wave. I just did randomize with the
current settings until I found something that I liked.
8. Set the blending mode to screen and merge down. You should now
have something like this:
9. Now, press CTRL+U to change the hue/saturation to 196, 25, 0 and
make sure that the colorized box is checked.
10. Right click on the layer and click "Duplicate". Go to
Filter-Distort-Wave with the settings of:
11. Set the blending mode to overlay and then merge down. This is
what I have:
12. Now, add text, pictures, whatever you'd like. Here's my final
product:
