Notebook Paper
1. Make a new document- 400x500 > transparent - click ok.
2. Fill the background with #E8E8E8 and make a new document - 1x5
transparent- click ok.
3. Make the pattern like this with the hex color #277294 and then
save it like a pattern.
4. Take the rectangular marquee tool and make ha part-way highlight.
5. Fill it in with the pattern you made and the do a marquee
highlight along the side of the paper-1px wide- all the way down the
paper
6. Fill it in with #BD1B13.
7. Next take a circular marquee tool and make a perfect circle (hold
shift key). Delete the inside the make a black stroke around it
8. Do that 3 times then you are done
You can find other ways to make it better but this is one way.. Here
is my final image after some more editing.
